Job Title: Customer Support – Hotel Contracting
Location: Malad
Experience: 0-3 years
Budget :18k-25k in hand
Process: Chat and Voice both 50-50
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for hotel partners and B2B clients
- Handle customer queries related to hotel bookings, rates, availability, and contracts
- Coordinate with the contracting team to update hotel rates, inventory, and offers
- Assist in onboarding new hotel partners and maintaining relationships
- Ensure accuracy of hotel data (rates, policies, inclusions, etc.) on the system
- Resolve booking issues, cancellations, amendments, and refunds
- Follow up with hotels for confirmations, special requests, and discrepancies
- Maintain SLA and provide timely responses to clients
- Work closely with sales and operations teams for seamless service delivery
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems / OTAs preferred
- Strong coordination and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
