Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, based in Delhi, India. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering outstanding customer support. Daily tasks include responding to customer concerns, managing customer service operations, and maintaining positive relationships. The role involves effectively addressing client needs, providing tailored solutions, and upholding company values in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive relationships
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and ensuring client retention
- Proficiency in Customer Support and effective problem resolution
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Service Management
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in regional and/or local languages is a plus
- Previous experience in the matchmaking or customer service industry is preferred
