Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, located in Bhopal. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing interactions with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication. The role also involves compiling reports on customer service activities and collaborating with team members to meet customer needs effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests efficiently and provide accurate information
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Record and update customer interactions, feedback, and service details in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Follow up with clients on pending requests and ensure proper closure of queries
  • Prepare periodic reports on customer interactions and service performance
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach while representing the company


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Management, or a related field (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, client coordination, or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • High level of customer-centric approach and service mindset
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and customer management / CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
