Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Executive to join our on-site team at our Pune Division. The role involves responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving customer issues effectively, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The selected candidate will also handle escalations, provide product and service information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support and communication.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and handling inquiries professionally.
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and escalations effectively and efficiently.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and proficiency in handling documentation and record-keeping.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to perform well in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance workloads and meet response timelines.
