Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive role located in Vadodara. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position involves managing customer accounts, addressing queries and complaints, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service to meet customer needs and uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to assist and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to enhance client experience and maintain quality standards.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to establish positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service platforms or CRM tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or distribution-related roles preferred.
