Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Executive to join our on-site team at our Nehru Place and Gurgaon locations. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience within our serviced office spaces and meeting rooms. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, maintaining satisfaction levels, and working closely with other team members to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively and professionally with clients and team members at the Reception.
- Reception Management - Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing client relationships
- Knowledge of Customer Service Management practices to enhance and maintain service quality levels
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Facility Management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site corporate environment
- Experience in the serviced office or hospitality industry is a must for a minimum of 1 year at least. Maximum 2years.
- Proficiency in basic office software and customer service platforms
Requisites
- Monday to Saturday working (6 days). Sunday Weekly Off.
- Timings - 8.30 am - 6.00 pm.
- Professional Formal Dressing and Grooming expected
