Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Mundra,Gujarat. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service executive to act as the primary point of contact for customers. The role involves handling shipment-related inquiries, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth documentation and tracking processes to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to shipping schedules, pricing, documentation, and services.
* Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer issues to maintain strong relationships.
* Maintain and update import-export data, shipment tracking sheets, third-party pendency records, and movement reports.
* Monitor daily operational reports to track shipment progress and highlight delays or exceptions.
* Assist customers with documentation processes and provide guidance on CFS-related procedures and charges.
* Coordinate effectively with Customs Brokers (CB’s), shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams.
* Communicate clearly across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat).
* Generate periodic reports as per management requirements, ensuring high accuracy and timeliness.
* Address queries related to container handling, shipment status (Gate-in/Gate-out, Empty pick-up), and delays.
* Identify discrepancies in data or processes and resolve them by coordinating with relevant departments.

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
