Telecaller — Amtrex Elevators

Role Overview
The Telecaller will support lead generation and customer engagement for residential and commercial elevator solutions by initiating conversations, qualifying enquiries, and coordinating meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for project enquiries and follow-ups • Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial elevator projects • Schedule meetings and site visits for sales executives • Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and CRM updates • Share basic product information and company introduction with prospects • Coordinate with sales and service teams for timely customer response • Support digital marketing and campaign follow-ups
Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate or equivalent qualification • 1–3 years experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales (real estate/building services preferred) • Clear communication and professional phone etiquette • Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity • Organized, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
