Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Customer Service Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing customer inquiries via various communication channels, ensuring client satisfaction, and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively. Responsibilities include offering service solutions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services, and reporting consumer feedback to enhance service quality. The role requires timely assistance to ensure positive experiences for customers.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and maintain effective communication
- Excellent customer support and service skills with a focus on resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction
- Expertise in customer service management to handle inquiries and streamline support processes
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented in high-pressure scenarios
- Proficiency in managing CRM tools and systems is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
