Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Engineer based in Delhi. The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing on-site technical support. Key responsibilities include performing field service tasks, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering efficient customer support to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in ensuring Customer Satisfaction with a focus on relationship management and service quality
- Experience in Field Service with a deep knowledge of service processes and maintenance practices
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Technical Support to address product-related inquiries and issues
- An aptitude for Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing effective solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical certifications or a degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience with medical imaging or diagnostic equipment is an advantage
