Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Engineer will focus on providing efficient and effective technical support, addressing customer queries, and solving technical issues promptly. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through responsive service, and collaborating with teams to improve service quality. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support best practices
- Experience with Field Service and Technical Support tasks
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Educational background in engineering, IT, or related fields is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
