Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service / Email Support Intern who can handle customer interactions professionally through email and support channels. This role offers hands-on experience in customer communication, issue resolution, and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via email in a clear and professional manner
* Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and ensure issue resolution
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support cases
* Follow communication guidelines, templates, and response standards
* Manage multiple queries efficiently while maintaining response quality
* Escalate complex or technical issues to relevant teams
* Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
* Ensure timely responses and high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
* Strong written communication skills in English
* Good typing speed and attention to detail
* Basic understanding of customer service principles
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Problem-solving mindset and patience
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills:
* Prior experience in customer support or similar roles (optional)
* Familiarity with CRM tools or email management systems
* Basic understanding of support workflows and ticketing systems
