Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service / Email Support Intern who can manage customer interactions and provide high-quality support through email and related communication channels. This role offers hands-on experience in customer service operations and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via email in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Maintain records of customer interactions and support tickets
• Follow communication guidelines and service protocols
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Assist in improving response templates and support processes
Required Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of customer service principles
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and patience in handling customer concerns
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in customer support or similar roles (optional)
• Familiarity with email management tools or CRM systems
• Basic understanding of support workflows
