Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service / Email Support Intern who is detail-oriented and capable of handling customer interactions through email and support channels. This role provides comprehensive exposure to customer service workflows, communication handling, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer queries via email in a professional and timely manner
* Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, solution-driven responses
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support cases
* Follow standard communication guidelines, templates, and SOPs
* Manage multiple queries efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams
* Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Required Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
* Strong written communication skills in English
* Good typing speed and attention to detail
* Basic understanding of customer service principles
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Problem-solving mindset and patience in handling queries
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills:
* Prior experience in customer support or communication-based roles (optional)
* Familiarity with CRM tools, email systems, or chat platforms
* Basic understanding of ticketing systems and support workflows
* Exposure to customer handling or service operations
