Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service / Email Support Intern who can handle customer interactions through email and support channels. This role provides hands-on experience in customer service operations and communication management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via email in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain records of customer interactions and support logs
• Follow communication guidelines and service standards
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams

Required Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
• Strong written communication skills in English

• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple queries efficiently

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
