Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service & Documentation specialist based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will handle customer support tasks such as managing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of customer experience. They will also assist with documentation processes, including preparing and verifying shipping documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations. The role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and ensuring a smooth customer journey throughout all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address client inquiries and meet their logistical needs effectively.
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills to manage and enhance client relationships.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities to interact professionally with customers and partners.

- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for managing customer data and shipping documents.
- Prior experience in the logistics or freight industry is a plus.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
