Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Interact with users through a series of actions and answer all queries, resolve issues via chat.
- Maintain and update records for daily queries and escalation.
- Support the roll-out of new application features.
- Troubleshoot systems, network problems, diagnose, and solve software issues at the users' end.
- Escalate problems that cannot be fixed at tier-one support and update users on the status of problems.
- Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
