Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Learner Support & Query Resolution
Handle student and parent queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution related to courses, enrollments, payments, platform access, and overall learning support.
- Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential learners by providing accurate course information, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.
- Follow-up & Feedback Coordination
Track customer concerns, follow up on pending issues, collect feedback on courses and services, and coordinate with internal teams such as sales, tech, and academic support to improve customer satisfaction.
