Client Service Coordinator (Entry Level)
Gurugram (Sector 58) | Full-time | On-site | ₹20,000-₹25,000/month

What you'll start with
- Be the point of contact for clients - in person, on call, and on chat
- Understand what each client is looking for and assess if we're the right fit for them - connecting genuinely interested families with the right pet
- Track and follow up on inquiries, keeping client information organised and up to date
- Guide clients through our services, answer their questions, and keep them engaged
- Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records
- Handle basic administration operations and documentation
- Support clients after their visit; follow-ups, queries, and making sure they feel taken care of
You're a great fit if you
- Live in Gurugram (non-negotiable)
- Are a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience (including internships) in any client-facing role
- Communicate confidently and warmly
- Are proactive, curious, and pick things up fast
- Are comfortable in a pet-friendly office environment
- Want to grow with a company, not just do a job
