Role Description
This is a full-time remote or hybrid role for a Customer Service Coordinator based in India. The responsibilities include addressing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer communications, coordinating with relocation teams, and resolving issues to enhance the overall customer experience. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high service standards and building strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience and foster long-term client relationships
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse customers
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or similar platforms is a plus (Training will be provided)
- Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant professional experience is desirable
- Previous experience in the relocation or related service industry is a must
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless coordination
