Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Consultant based in Erode. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving support tickets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a critical link between the organization and its clients, the Consultant will build strong relationships with customers and proactively ensure their needs are met while maintaining service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build positive relationships with customers.
- Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service roles to deliver high-quality assistance and maintain service standards.
- Familiarity with enhancing Customer Experience by recognizing customer needs and tailoring interactions appropriately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency with customer service software and tools is an added advantage.
- Educational background in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
