Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Customer Service Captain. The Customer Service Captain will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing guests’ concerns and responding to inquiries. Responsibilities include managing reservations, guiding guests during their visit, maintaining high standards of service, and collaborating with the team to resolve service-related issues. The individual will act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting Porche’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service and delivering excellent Customer Experience
- Proficient in Customer Support and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer concerns
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining a high standard of service
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment
- Prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is an asset
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
