Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
✅ Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
✅ Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services
✅ Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
What We're Looking For
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
✔ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
✔ Comfortable working in the US Shift (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
✔ Own conveyance is mandatory due to night shift timings
✔ Basic computer proficiency and multitasking ability
✔ Prior experience in Customer Support/BPO/E-commerce is preferred; however, freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply
