Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with prompt and accurate responses
- Adhere to a 9-hour shift schedule in the office, resolving customer issues within defined Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the internal system
Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Show willingness to work in rotational day or night shifts based on business needs
- Be comfortable with an on-site role and working from the office
- Commit to a 9-hour workday, 5 to 6 days a week
Available for immediate joining with no major planned time off in the next 2–3 months.
