Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming email, chat, or call activities and complete assigned tasks through CRM portals and queues
Triage incoming cases received by CRM, prioritize and assign based on category
Offer case acknowledgment and expectations to customers
Provide application support by creating cases, conducting initial discovery, documenting issues, and escalating when necessary.
