Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Associate role located in the Mohali district. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, providing support via phone calls and other communication channels, ensuring high-quality customer service, and enhancing customer experiences. The role involves managing customer concerns, providing solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Fluency in English and Hindi for effective communication
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
