Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
- Follow company guidelines and service standards
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick response time
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers are welcome
- 0–1 year experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
Requirement – Domestic:
- Graduate only
- Freshers & Experienced both can be considered
- Strong verbal and written English communication (Neutral accent / No MTI or RTI)
- Good typing speed & accuracy with basic computer skills
- 5 Days working + 2 Rotational week-offs
- Cab/Transport available in odd hours (7 PM – 6 AM)
