BE/B.Tech PG not eligible (without BPO experience)

Salary
Freshers: 2.4 LPA | 13K Take Home
Experience: 2.6 LPA | 17K Take Home

6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)
Day Shifts
Work From Home after 3 months (based on performance)
Job Description
Handle customer queries via calls (100150 calls/day)
Understand and resolve customer issues effectively
Follow standard procedures and deliver quality service
Interact with customers across India
Required Skills
Good communication skills
Typing speed: Minimum 20 WPM
Ability to handle pressure customer interactions
Must travel independently (No transport allowance)
