About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team at Codingal. This role is vital in ensuring our customers—parents, students, and teachers—receive exceptional support and service. As a Customer Service Associate, you will act as the primary point of contact for resolving inquiries, providing technical assistance, and managing scheduling and class-related activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative edtech environment, directly contributing to our mission of making coding education accessible and enjoyable for K-12 students. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Working closely with our team, including founders and senior management, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our community.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. While a background in Computer Science or IT is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Fluency in English communication is essential, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and professionally. Candidates should be available to work from our office located in HSR Layout, Bangalore, as this is an in-person role with no remote work options. Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are critical for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional experience to customers by addressing their inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Offer technical support to parents and teachers, assisting with troubleshooting and platform navigation.
- Manage customer interactions via chat, email, and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Handle escalation tickets, resolving complex issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage student classes to ensure smooth operations and optimal learning experiences.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve service delivery and customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
