Our Customer Service team are looking for energetic, passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team at Cessna Lifeline Veterinary Hospital, Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Associate


  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, WhatsApp or by email
  • Provide accurate information on our wellness services, grooming, swimming, boarding, pharmacy, and more
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
  • Assist with appointment bookings, check-ins/check-outs, service flow, and client satisfaction
  • Document queries, feedback, customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
  • Recommend plans, packages, and products to the pet parents
  • Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
  • Assist clients by answering any questions they may have
  • Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
  • Build long-term relationships with pet parents and pets

Essential Qualifications for Customer Service Associate
  • 2+ years of previous customer service experience a plus
  • Friendly and welcoming manner with clients and other members of the customer service team
  • Extensive knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, goods and services
  • Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers
  • Multilinguistic proficiency (Kannada, Tamil and Hindi)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
  • Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work under pressure
  • Ability to achieve the target set for the day & month
