Role Description
The role of a Customer Service Associate is a full-time, on-site position located in Prayagraj. The associate will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include handling customer transactions, providing accurate information about products and services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing communication through phone calls or in-person interactions. The associate will also help identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet them.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and understanding Customer Experience
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in using computers and banking software
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role in banking or financial services is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
