- Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing prompt support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and status updates.
• Log and maintain customer interactions in the system for future reference.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports as required by the team lead.
• Assist the operations team in routine documentation and support tasks.
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer-handling approach.
