About Artfills:
At Artfills Online Learning Pvt. Ltd., we are on a mission to make Indian performing arts accessible to every learner across the country. We offer online courses in Kathak and Hindustani Vocals, connecting passionate learners with expert instructors from the comfort of their homes. We’re looking for a passionate and people-oriented Customer Service Associate to be the voice of Artfills for our learners.
Role: Customer Service Associate
Location: Mumbai Naka, Nashik
CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from learners and prospects
• Assist students with enrollments, course details, scheduling, and general queries
• Resolve complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system
• Follow up with students to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Share customer feedback to help us continuously improve our service
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum HSC pass; graduate preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or tele-calling
• Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is an added advantage
• Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
