Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service and Sales Associate based in Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns, managing sales processes, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. The role involves direct interaction with customers and requires proactive communication, building rapport, and effectively presenting products or services to achieve sales targets. Regular collaboration with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvements is also expected.
