Role Description
The Customer Service and Collections role at Magic Bus India Foundation is a full-time, on-site position located in Uppal. This role includes managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring excellent customer service, resolving queries professionally, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities involve handling customer accounts, addressing payment-related concerns, and ensuring timely follow-ups to facilitate successful collections.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent skills in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service practices
- Experience in managing and improving Customer Experience effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer issues empathetically and resolve them promptly
- Previous experience with collection processes is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred
