As a Customer Service Agent, you will have the important role of being the voice of our major airline clients, providing our client’s valued customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services. We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to inquiries through voice support. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of education in Travel, Tourism, Aviation, or a recognized Aviation certification course (preferred).
  • Experienced candidates: Prior work experience of 2+ years specifically in Contact centre, Travel, Tourism, Aviation companies is preferred.
  • Passport is mandatory
  • Language skills: Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in PC-based applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
  • Work conditions: Flexibility to work in any shift, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
  • Work Location: Bangalore and this is a work-from-office role only.
  • Our office location: dnata International Pvt Ltd, 3rd Floor, Smartworks Sargod Imperial, Residency Road, Bangalore - 560025
