Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Service Agent at Akshayakalpa Organic. The Customer Service Agent will engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing support through various communication channels, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and assisting in problem resolution with empathy and professionalism. The Agent will represent the Akshayakalpa brand by offering knowledgeable and responsive support that aligns with the company’s values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Service Representatives
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Empathetic, customer-centered approach and ability to maintain professional and positive interactions
- Familiarity with organic products, sustainability, or dairy industry practices is a plus
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is advantageous
