Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and professional Customer Service Agent for our travel process. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the airline and travel industry, especially USA geography and travel routes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and escalations professionally
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and travel-related support
- Provide excellent customer service through calls, emails, and chats
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain proper communication and follow-up with customers
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the travel industry as a Customer Service Agent
- Good knowledge of airlines, airports, and USA geography
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong customer handling and escalation management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in international flight booking processes
- Knowledge of GDS systems is an advantage
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
