Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Sales Support Manager located in Odisha, India. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, delivering exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with the resolution of service-related issues. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to develop strategies for improving service delivery. As a primary point of contact, the candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and address sales-related queries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and resolving issues effectively
- Proficiency in Customer Support, including addressing client queries and ensuring timely resolutions
- Excellent Communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
- Sound Analytical Skills for interpreting customer feedback and implementing improvements
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in sales or customer service in the renewable energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools and fluency in local languages is advantageous
