Job Description – Customer Support & Sales Associate
Location: Mohali
Shift: Night / Rotational Shift
Experience: Freshers to 2 Years
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of AI tools/technology, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while contributing to sales and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails professionally.
- Provide product/service information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Assist clients with onboarding and product understanding.
- Identify sales opportunities and support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Stay updated with AI tools and emerging technologies relevant to customer support and sales.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of AI tools and technology.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in night and rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
