Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Sales Specialist role based in Thane. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales to meet organizational goals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role will also involve providing periodic training to team members and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs
- Proven ability in Sales, identifying leads, and achieving or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate client data and optimize sales strategies
- Experience in Training team members to enhance their performance and capabilities
- Professional and approachable demeanor, with effective problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in sales, customer engagement, or related roles is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
