Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative located in Gurugram. The role involves engaging with prospective customers to understand their real estate needs and providing tailored recommendations. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, managing inquiries, presenting real estate solutions, and assisting in transaction processes. The position calls for excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach to deliver world-class service in the real estate domain.
Qualifications
- Customer Engagement and Communication: Proficiency in engaging with clients, strong interpersonal communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Sales and Negotiation: Experience with sales strategies, negotiation, closing deals, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate market, property management, and transaction processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with online dashboards, CRM tools, and property management software.
- Self-Motivation and Goal Orientation: Ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service with minimal supervision.
- Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
- Additional Skills: Fluency in multiple languages and prior experience in real estate or customer service are advantageous.
