Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative / Customer Support Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, providing product information, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for follow-ups and business development.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure timely responses and order processing.
- Prepare and share quotations and other required information with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
- Support the sales team in achieving business and customer engagement objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, customer support, telesales, inside sales, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to communicate professionally and work effectively with different teams.
- Candidates residing in or near Gurugram will be preferred.
