We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Sales Officer focused on digital lead generation and cross-selling loan products. The ideal candidate should have experience in fintech or financial services, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and conversion through digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms (calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM tools).
- Drive cross-selling of loan products to existing and new customers.
- Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle from generation to conversion.
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition (preferably in fintech/NBFC).
- Experience in loan sales (personal loan, business loan, etc. ).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of lending products and customer lifecycle.
- Experience in cross-selling financial products.
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions.
