Tata Capital is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Executive to join our team in Kolhapur. As a Customer Sales Executive at Tata Capital, you will be essential in ensuring the efficient disbursement of loans and managing delinquency rates. Your role will involve identifying business opportunities, validating customer documents, and supporting loan disbursement processes. Responsibilities

  • Identify Business Opportunities: Actively seek and identify potential customers to drive sales for Tata Capital.
  • Document Validation: Collect and validate customer documents, ensuring compliance with Tata Capital’s standards.
  • Case Logging: Accurately log customer cases into the system, adhering to SOP and disbursement procedures.
  • Achieve Sanction Ratios: Work towards achieving the required sanction ratio set by Tata Capital.
  • Customer Needs: Meet customer requirements and cross-sell various financial products with guidance from the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Vendor Empanelment: Assist in the empanelment of new vendors and build strong business relationships.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to Audit and RBI regulations as directed by the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities for Tata Capital.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales performance and customer feedback to your Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is preferred for the Customer Sales role at Tata Capital.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer sales or financial services is beneficial, though not mandatory.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are required.
