About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail showroom specializing in furniture and home décor. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers in selecting furniture and home décor products based on their needs, preferences, and space requirements
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including materials, finishes, features, and customization options
- Actively engage customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Drive showroom sales by achieving individual and team targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom is well-organized and presentable
- Coordinate with backend teams for order processing, delivery timelines, and customer follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on latest furniture trends, designs, and market offerings
Qualification:
đ Graduate in any discipline (Retail/Sales preferred)
Requirements:
- 2â3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home dĂ©cor.
- Strong English communication and convincing skills
- Customer-centric approach with a pleasing personality
- Basic understanding of interior styling or space planning is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible shifts
