Customer Support Executive (International Process)

We are currently hiring skilled Customer Support Professionals for an international process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and prior experience in global customer environments.
Key Requirements:
- C1 level proficiency in Global English (CEFR standard)
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management (preferred)
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Flexibility for rotational shifts
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International BPO (mandatory)
- Total experience: 1–5 years in customer support, sales, or account management
- Experience in SaaS or tech-based environments is an added advantage
