About the role:
As an Sales Executive at SleepyCat, you’ll play a crucial role in converting interested customers into delighted buyers. You’ll engage with leads who have already visited our store, website, or expressed interest in SleepyCat products — helping them make confident purchase decisions through personalized conversations, strong product knowledge, and strategic selling . This is not just about answering questions — it’s about closing the deal. You’ll combine empathy, agility, and smart sales tactics to guide customers through their purchase journey and ensure they find the perfect SleepyCat product for their needs.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Converting potential leads (store visitors, online enquirers, and call-ins) into confirmed sales.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable SleepyCat products.
• Addressing product, delivery, or brand-related queries with clarity and confidence.
• Building trust and rapport with customers through consultative and empathetic communication.
• Using CRM systems to track interactions, follow-ups, and conversion data.
• Coordinating with logistics, operations, and product teams for seamless customer experience.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly sales conversion targets.
What you’ll need to bring to the table?
• Experience: Minimum 3+ in assisted/inbound sales (D2C or e-commerce preferred).
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of any South Indian language is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive selling, and objection-handling skills.
• Mindset: Fast thinker, smart worker, and target-oriented individual who thrives under pressure.
• Attitude: Customer-first approach with the hunger to convert and the confidence to close.
