Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and persuasive Customer Sales & CRM Executive to convert farmer leads into active Krishipalak customers.
The role involves handling inbound WhatsApp and phone inquiries, converting digital ad leads, following up on field sales leads, coordinating with dealers, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion
Call and convert leads generated through Facebook/Meta ads
Respond to WhatsApp inquiries quickly
Follow up with leads collected by field sales executives
Convert interested farmers into product trials
Farmer Support
Explain product benefits and dosage
Answer farmer questions and solve basic issues
Coordinate with the technical team when needed
CRM Management
Maintain all leads in CRM/Google Sheets
Update lead stages daily
Track conversions and repeat orders
Sales Coordination
Pass hot leads to nearby dealers/distributors
Coordinate with field sales executives for follow-up
Ensure closure and repeat business
Skills Required
Strong Hindi communication
Excellent follow-up discipline
Telecalling/inside sales experience
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
CRM mindset (very important)
Ability to persuade and close
Preferred
Experience in lead conversion or telesales
Agriculture/dairy knowledge
Familiarity with Meta leads and WhatsApp sales
