Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Customer Retention Specialist in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) segment for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Responsibilities include building and nurturing strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolving inquiries or concerns promptly. The specialist will analyze customer data, develop retention strategies, and monitor customer engagement metrics to improve loyalty. They will collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
